NicheYield is operated by Hungry Passport Media, Inc., 4225 Solano Ave., Suite 631, Napa, CA 94558, USA ("we," "us," "NicheYield"). These terms are an agreement between you and us and cover your use of this website and the free Yield Audit. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
NicheYield partners with content creators to build, launch, and operate a premium online course for the audience they already have, splitting net revenue 50/50 after payment-processing fees (we cover the build, hosting, and support costs out of our half). This website does not sell any product to you and does not take payment from you. It is an informational site that lets you request a free Yield Audit and learn how a partnership would work.
When you request a free Yield Audit, we review your channel or account and reply to you personally. Requesting an audit puts you under no obligation, and it does not create a partnership or any binding commitment on either side. We are not obligated to offer a partnership, and you are not obligated to accept one.
If we decide together to work on a course, that partnership is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign. That agreement, not this website or these terms, sets out ownership, the revenue split, responsibilities, timelines, kill/exit terms, and everything else in full. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the site or request an audit on behalf of a business, channel, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
When you contact us or request an audit, you may submit your channel or account link, your email address, and a short note. You confirm that you have the right to submit that information, that it does not violate anyone else's rights, and that you will not submit another person's confidential information or unnecessary sensitive information (such as passwords, payment-card numbers, or government identification numbers). You retain ownership of what you submit and give us a limited right to use it only to review your channel, reply to you, and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Everything we publish on this site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. We are not acting as your attorney, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, or investment advisor, and nothing here is professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to your situation before making decisions about your business.
Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee, or projection of earnings. Any figures shown are illustrative examples, not predictions of what you will earn. Results depend on your audience, your niche, your price, the work involved, and factors outside our control. Course revenue can be zero. We do not represent that any creator has achieved, or will achieve, any particular result.
This site and its content, including text, graphics, branding, layout, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "NicheYield," its logo, and related names and branding may not be used without our prior written permission. Except as expressly allowed, no ownership right is transferred to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or these terms will not exceed US $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and changes apply from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action relating to these terms or the site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. (Any signed partnership agreement may specify its own governing terms, which control for that agreement.)
