What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated 20 July 2026.
NicheYield is operated by Hungry Passport Media, Inc., 4225 Solano Ave., Suite 631, Napa, CA 94558, USA, which is the controller of the personal information described here. We collect only what we need to review your channel and reply to you.
What you send us. When you request a free Yield Audit or contact us, we collect your email address, your channel or account link, and any note you include. That is all the personal information the form asks for. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
If we contacted you first. We also reach out to creators directly. In that case we did not get your details from you: we collected your channel name and link, your public subscriber and view counts, the topic you publish about, and a business email address you published yourself, from YouTube and from your own website or channel description. We hold nothing you have not made public, and we never buy contact lists.
Technical information. Our site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and security events to keep the site available and secure. We use Fathom Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records aggregate visits, page views, and referrers only. Fathom is cookieless, does not collect or store personal information, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not follow you across other websites. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
If we contacted you first, we use your address for one thing: to ask whether you want to talk about a course, and to follow up at most twice if you do not reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, send newsletters, sell your personal information, or share it for advertising.
Telling us to stop. Reply to any email from us and say so, or write to [email protected]. We stop immediately and keep your address on a suppression list for the sole purpose of never contacting you again. You do not have to give a reason.
If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to a request you initiated and in operating and securing the site, and on consent where the law requires it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time (see your rights below).
Where we contact a creator we found publicly, the basis is our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business partnership to a business, balanced against your interests, and limited to a published business address. In countries whose rules treat an individual creator's address as requiring prior consent, we do not send cold email at all: France, Germany, Austria, Poland and the United Kingdom are contacted only if they approach us or through a platform message.
These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their service and process it under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information to professional advisors or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site or targeted advertising. We do not use advertising pixels or track you across other websites. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or choice.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect and why (described in sections 1–2), to request a copy, to request correction, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so no opt-out is needed for that practice to stop, and we honor recognized browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). To exercise a right, email [email protected].
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To make a request, email [email protected]; we will respond, normally within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Our providers (Resend, Cloudflare, Fathom Analytics) may process information in the United States or Canada; where required we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the providers' data-processing agreements.
We keep cookies to a minimum and do not use advertising cookies. Our analytics provider, Fathom Analytics, is cookieless. It sets no cookies and collects no personal information, so no analytics cookie banner is needed. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and basic site functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We keep the information you send only as long as reasonably necessary to review your channel, reply to you, continue any conversation you start, and keep records we need for legal or security reasons. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, subject to any records we are required to retain.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to Hungry Passport Media, Inc., 4225 Solano Ave., Suite 631, Napa, CA 94558, USA, or [email protected].
